Based there over 25 years by Jeune Afrique Group, the title was taken in January 2006 by Ziyad Limam. It is positioned as the leader of the Pan-African monthly press and addresses an urban and active audience. Like the great American magazines, AM practice mixing genres, and addresses both of society, culture and politics. It will be represented by the famous Said, AitHatrithas.

Said, AitHatrithas been a journalist since 2002, and worked with french speaking internet journal *Afrik.com* until 2006 before becoming a regular collaborator with monthly *Afrique Magazine*. Also since 2010, he has a weekly contributor to *JeuneAfrique*, on Africa related economic issues.

Julie  Gichuru Julie Gichuru, a Kenya national, has embarked on several business ventures and is a Director in a numbers of companies. Her business ventures include the online retail fashion outlet Mimi and Production Company Arimus Media Ltd. J ulie is a TV Host with East Africa's leading broadcaster Citizen TV. Her prime time news and current affairs show Sunday Live with Julie Gichuru airs weekly at 9pm. Julie is currently working on growing local productions through Arimus Media Limited where she has a number of quality African shows in the works. Julie has just completed series 1 of the Africa Leadership Dialogues, airing on Citizen TV, Monday at 9.50pm.
Julie's career in the media over the past 12 years has seen her work across the fields of broadcast, print and digital media.The Footprints Africa Foundation has been established by Anthony and Julie Gichuru to help empower and grow healthy, dignified and informed societies in the region supports the Great Debaters Contest and the Africa Leadership Dialogues, both platforms for discussion and exchange of ideas on African challenges and opportunities. These forums are now televised for impact across millions of households.
